Belinda Rachman, Esq.
Your Peaceful Divorce Expert
Email: belindaesq@hotmail.com
Belinda Rachman is a family law attorney who walked away from a successful divorce
practice after 8 years because she was so disturbed by the results she saw in an
adversarial system that encouraged fighting instead of calmness and reason. Before
she was a lawyer, she was a special education teacher, with a Masters in teaching
emotionally disturbed children. Because she is child focused, she knew that mediation
would be a better way for couples to get divorced so they could avoid putting their
children in the middle of a battle the way Belinda was when her parents divorced.
She has worked with over 250 couples doing divorce mediation and every one has come
to an agreement. This is an unheard of statistic and she is probably the only mediator
with a 100% track record with that many couples. She is one of the leaders of the
Peaceful Divorce movement in this country and she has a lot to share about how couples
can avoid court and fighting.
