This Privacy Policy Statement (the “Privacy Policy”) contains the policies, procedures and practices to be followed by ChildSharing, Inc.™ and any of its present or future subsidiaries (the “Company”) pertaining to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information (the “Personal Information”) of an identifiable person (the “Individual”) that is a present, future or former employee of the Company.

The Company recognizes the confidential nature of the Personal Information in its care and is accountable for the compliance of itself and its directors, officers, management, employees, representatives and agents including consultants and independent contractors (the “Staff”) in protecting this Personal Information.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Information” has the meaning of any information or collection of information in any form, whether oral, electronic or written that pertains to the Individual excluding information that is publicly available in its entirety. Personal Information will also include any publicly available information that is combined with non-publicly available information.

Personal Information includes but is not limited to name, home address, home phone number, home email address, identity verification information, Social Security Number, physical description, age, gender, salary, education, professional designation, personal hobbies and activities, medical history, employment history, credit history, contents of resume, references, interview notes, performance review notes and emergency contact information.

Personal Information will not include the Individual's business title, and business address and contact information when used or disclosed for the purposes of reasonable business communication.

The Company will implement policies and procedures that give effect to this Privacy Policy including procedures to protect and secure Personal Information, procedures to receive, investigate and resolve complaints, procedures to ensure adequate training of the Staff concerning the Company's privacy policies, and procedures to distribute new and current information pertaining to the Company's Privacy Policy.

Corporate Privacy Policy

The Company and the Staff will at all times respect the confidentiality of the Personal Information placed in its care.

The Company will endeavor to ensure that the policies affecting the collection, storage and disclosure of Personal Information reflect the confidential nature of the information.

The Company will comply with all applicable privacy legislation and regulations in force now and in the future related to protecting the confidentiality of Personal Information.

Purposes for which Personal Information is Collected

Where ChildSharing, Inc.™ discloses your personal information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement. In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, ChildSharing, Inc.™ may disclose your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights. Personal Information will be collected, used and disclosed for purposes pertaining to the Individual's employment relationship with the Company, including but not limited to the administration of employee hiring, performance reviews, the administration of employee payroll, processing of employee benefit claims, and for the purpose of complying with all applicable labor and employment legislation.

Securing of your data

ChildSharing, Inc.™ will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. ChildSharing, Inc.™ will store all the personal information you provide on its secure servers. The purposes for collecting Personal Information will be documented by the Company. Personal Information will only be used for the stated purpose or purposes for which it was originally collected. The person collecting the information will be able to explain the purpose at the time that the information is collected. The Company may use Personal Information for a purpose other than the originally stated purpose where the new purpose is required by law or where the Company has obtained consent in writing from the affected Individual for each new purpose.

ChildSharing, Inc.™ may update this privacy policy by posting a new version on this website.  You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes.  It is the discretion of ChildSharing, Inc.™ to change or modify all or part of this agreement at any time. Your continued use of ChildSharing, Inc.™ constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions including any changes or modifications made by ChildSharing, Inc.™  If at anytime the terms and conditions of the agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should terminate your use of ChildSharing, Inc.™

You are forbidden from using ChildSharing, Inc.™ in any way this is threatening, abusing, obscene, towards ChildSharing, Inc.™ or extended members and counties. You may not take content and copy, upload, or otherwise userp or transferring and transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party whatsoever.  You are expressly forbidden from engaging in any activity that is harmful to others.

When registering for ChildSharing, Inc.™ you are required to establish a username and password and to generate a personal profile. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself by the use of registration. If information is found to be untrue or does not comply with ChildSharing, Inc.™ policy your account may be terminated at will. You are held responsible to maintain the security and confidentiality of your password, account, and all activities occurring therein. The county of your location will potentially have access to your status and profile information which you have agreed to under your will. Under no circumstances is ChildSharing, Inc.™ liable for any damage or loss resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation to maintain confidentiality and security.

ChildSharing, Inc.™ does not guarantee the health or wellbeing of children as a result of completing the online parenting class. The classes are for educational purposes only, backed by licensed therapists and educators but may not be interpreted therapeutic. Parents are provided steps and tools to make changes but they need to work at making the changes. If issues continue you may seek to professional help from the mediators or a social services or mental health professional. You may require more help than this online parenting class is able to provide.

No refunds will be issued for failure to pass the class final examination.

Note: Although this course is certified, you should check with your attorney or local family court to make sure this online class will fulfill your requirement for mandatory parenting class. If you are unsure, ask your local family court to review ChildSharing, Inc.™ Certification to request certification in your area.
